Notes: From his foster family: "Goofy is a wonderful young dog approximately one and a half years old. He is now a 'graduate' of The Dog Wizard training program in Russell KY. Absolutely loves to play with other dogs and he visits the dog park often. Weighing in at roughly 60 pounds and full of puppy energy."

Goofy is our miracle dog. When he was found by our Humane Agent Drew, he was nearly lifeless. Thanks to Drew, The Animal Shelter Director Denise and the dedicated team at Proctorville Animal Clinic, Goofy was given a second chance. Animal abuse charges were pursued and succeeded! A wonderful Humane Society member welcomed Goofy into her home for his long-term recovery. Here is what she has to say about him: Goofy has been with me since December and has blossomed into a very smart and healthy dog.

He is fully vaccinated, neutered and is on monthly medication for fleas, ticks, and heartworms. He will be taking meet and greets at his foster home in Ironton.
